Do I need to know how AI works?
No. Start by describing a process in your own words. We'll help frame the questions.
How long is each session?
10 to 20 minutes. Short enough to fit between customers.
Is the session a sales pitch?
No. Each session starts with a familiar situation and ends with a practical next step. Later in the season we explain how managed support works, for anyone who wants to look at their own workflow.
Which language are the sessions in?
Both. Every week the same topic runs once in Spanish with Mariángel Hernández and once in English with Reinier Moquete. Pick your language when you register.
What if I can't attend live?
Register anyway. We email the replay to everyone who signed up.
Are you going to tell me to automate everything?
No. We start with the work and the result you want. A process change or a tool you already use may be the better next step.
