Reinier Moquete
CEO & Founder, CyberWarrior
Reinier has spent his career at the intersection of technology, workforce development, and civic leadership. He is the founder and CEO of CyberWarrior.com — a Boston-based technology training and consulting firm recognised by CISA and Microsoft for its contributions to the cybersecurity workforce.
He co-founded the Latino STEM Alliance, which for over 10 years reached more than 1,500 children per week through robotics and STEM programming in underserved communities. He has been appointed twice by Massachusetts governors — by Governor Deval Patrick to the STEM Advisory Council and by Governor Charlie Baker to the Commission for Digital Innovation and Lifelong Learning.
Reinier has served on the boards of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Mass General Brigham, the Museum of Science, and the Latino Equity Fund at the Boston Foundation. The CyberWarrior Foundation is the culmination of that work — extending access to AI and cybersecurity careers to those who have been excluded from the innovation economy.
