For Workforce Boards & Workforce Stakeholders
Your Region's Workers Are Already Falling Behind. We Can Help You Change That.
CyberWarrior is an approved WIOA training vendor and approved WTFP Express vendor delivering practical AI workforce training to adults, dislocated workers, and youth. We help workforce boards respond to the AI labor market shift with ready-to-deploy programs, existing funding compliance, and a track record of delivery.
What Our Training Participants Say
The following testimonials are from graduates of our cybersecurity training programs. Our AI workforce programs use the same delivery model, curriculum design rigor, and instructor selection criteria.
The Labor Market Is Restructuring — Fast
In March 2026, Anthropic published landmark research measuring how artificial intelligence is reshaping employment across the U.S. economy in real time. The findings are a direct call to action for every workforce board in the country.
Three findings every workforce board needs to know:
Hiring of young workers has slowed in AI-exposed roles.
Workers aged 22–25 entering occupations most exposed to AI automation have seen a 14% drop in their job-finding rate since late 2022. This isn't mass layoffs — it's companies quietly not backfilling entry-level positions. The workers who can't find the open door are the ones your American Job Centers serve every day.
The most-displaced roles are the most common in your region.
Customer service representatives (70% of tasks already AI-automated), data entry workers (67%), and back-office operations staff — these are the jobs your participants have historically trained for. They are now in structural decline.
The disruption hasn't peaked. It's just beginning.
Actual AI deployment still lags far behind what the technology can do. As adoption deepens, the gap between AI-literate workers and everyone else will grow. The time to build AI-ready talent pipelines is before displacement becomes undeniable — and that window is now.
"This framework is most useful when the effects are ambiguous — and could help identify the most vulnerable jobs before displacement is visible."

A Training Partner Built for This Moment
CyberWarrior is a digital workforce company. We deliver AI training, Managed AI Operations, and consulting to help organizations build and deploy intelligent capabilities. Our training programs are grounded in real-world practice — not theory — and are designed to produce workers who can operate in AI-augmented environments on day one.
We are:
- An approved WIOA training vendor (Massachusetts; pursuing additional state approvals)
- A Commonwealth Corporation-approved WTFP Express vendor
- An approved incumbent worker training vendor in Massachusetts through state workforce training fund programs
- Experienced working with workforce investment boards, career centers, and municipal workforce programs
- Active in the Northeast workforce ecosystem with expanding national reach
- Seasoned technologists sharing our expertise to enable communities to be financially resilient and competitive in today's digital economy
We are not:
We are not a generalist training vendor that added an "AI module" to stay relevant. As a consulting and systems integration provider, Artificial Intelligence is a core competency for CyberWarrior. We filled our first "AI for Cybersecurity" patent application in 2016, aimed at automating role based access control.
Tech as a Force for Good
As a social enterprise, it is our mission to leverage technology as a force for good. Specifically, we believe that education and workforce development are the cornerstone for economic development and consider it our life's mission to empower others. We've received awards from both CISA & Microsoft.
For workforce boards outside Massachusetts:
CyberWarrior is WIOA-approved in Massachusetts and actively pursuing approval in additional states. In the interim, we offer cohort and contract-based delivery nationally. We will work with your board to navigate the WIOA vendor approval process in your state if desired. Many WIOA-funded activities — including cohort contracts and customized training — do not require ITA vendor approval.
Our Programs for Workforce Partners
Our programs integrate directly into existing WIOA Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth program structures, as well as state-level WTFP grant programs. Each is built around employer-validated skills for AI-augmented work environments.

TEGL 03-25 — Federal Endorsement of AI Literacy Training:
In 2025, the U.S. Department of Labor issued Training and Employment Guidance Letter 03-25, formally encouraging state and local workforce development boards to use WIOA funding to support AI literacy training for adults, dislocated workers, and youth. AI workforce training is now an explicitly endorsed use of WIOA funds.
Tell Your Employers: There's Funding for This
Most states have employer-facing training grant programs that can reimburse small and mid-size businesses for approved workforce training — often at 50–100% of training costs. CyberWarrior's programs are designed to qualify under these mechanisms, and we actively work with boards and their business services teams to help regional employers access available funding.
In Massachusetts, employers can access our AI and cybersecurity training programs through the WTFP Express Program with minimal administrative friction — we are a Commonwealth Corporation-approved vendor and handle the vendor-side paperwork.
In states where we are not yet listed as an approved incumbent worker training vendor, we'll work with your board and regional employers to navigate the approval process. In the meantime, cohort contract delivery is available immediately, without state vendor approval.
We are happy to present directly to your employer partners, speak at sector roundtables, or participate in your business services team's outreach activities.
Ready to Partner?
We work with workforce boards, American Job Centers, state workforce agencies, community colleges, economic development organizations, and municipal workforce programs.
